DIY Laundry Spray
Because I’ve completely cleaned up my medicine cabinet, pantry, and cleaning supplies, all my products are free from toxins, and most of my cleaning products are unscented. A few years back, I attended a workshop in Santa Monica all about green living. In the workshop, the teacher gave us suggestions for laundry soap, and she highly recommended this brand available at Costco. This is what I use to wash clothes, and then I use my homemade laundry spray!
What You’ll Need
3.5 oz filtered water
2 drops eucalyptus oil (not if you’re pregnant!)
2 drops lavender oil
Directions
Mix water and essential oil. Place into a 4 ounce bottle with a spray attachment. Spray onto to clothes after washing and drying and before folding. My favorite time to use the laundry spray is when I’m doing my sheets & linens. The smell is so refreshing!
Hi laurel
I just found your blog and I’m enjoying reading all your posts. I’m from Canada and when I went to see what brand laundry soap you were recommending, my postal code was not accepted as a zip code. I do use a brand from Costco that is green choice. Curious if it’s the same. Could you please tell me what kind you were referring to?
Thank you!!
I use the ‘environmentally responsible’ laundry detergent. It is really great and also affordable. Thanks for following! xo
