It’s perfectly refreshing, with a gentle hint of matcha and topped with coconut whipped cream. Almost like matcha ice cream. Try it for yourself and enjoy!!

Prep Time: 5 min
16 oz of ice
3 oz of coconut cream
3 oz of coconut milk
2 tablespoons of Lakanto monk fruit sweetener or 1 tablespoon of honey
1 tsp matcha + 2 oz hot water
Whisk 1 tsp of matcha with 2 ounces of hot water, creating a matcha shot.
Put all ingredients and matcha shot in blender and blend until smooth. Top with a dollop of coconut whipped cream!
